TWMB Healthcare Patient Discharge Script Example

The TWMB Healthcare approach focuses embedding TWMB messaging and coaching into conversations during routine care. This skill takes practice and some learners benefit from additional structure and guidance as they practice and become more comfortable embedding TWMB messaging and coaching into the routine care they provide patients. One way to support these learners is to provide example scripts to help them feel more comfortable coaching families at every opportunity.
