Universal Screener Component Skills

Administering a universal screener to all children is critical in order to identify or predict students at risk for poor learning outcomes. Results from a universal screener will provide a general picture of a child’s knowledge and skills in certain domains. This resource includes a list of skills areas that should be addressed on a universal screener.
