TWMB@Grady Online Annual Skills Validation

Including TWMB practices and principles in annual skills validations of Family Coaches 1) establishes leaderships’ expectations to include TWMB in the care and services provided by staff, 2) provides an opportunity for the TWMB Integration Team to emphasize specific areas of focus, and 3) identifies areas of strength and opportunities for growth while integrating TWMB throughout the perinatal ecosystem. TWMB@Grady used this computer-based annual skills assessment of staff in the Division of Women and Infant Health Services to emphasize the importance of integrating TWMB practices and principles into the routine care nurses provide mothers and babies.
