TWMB@Grady Staff Feedback Questionnaire

Staff surveys provide an opportunity to 1) get staff feedback on integration progress, 2) deepen staff engagement in co-creating the TWMB ecosystem on their unit, and 3) identify areas of focus for the upcoming year. This is an example of a staff survey used by the TWMB@Grady Integration Team.
