Providing families with an information sheet during a prenatal visit affords families an opportunity to review and reflect on the information covered during their appointment. Having the information sheet available in several languages will further reinforce messaging for linguistically diverse families. This is an example of the Spanish Family Information Sheet used by TWMB@Grady. The Integration Team partnered with Translation Services create Amharic and French versions, as well.
