TWMB@Grady Staff Handout

The TWMB Healthcare approach focuses on transferring capacity to staff and families by ensuring they have the foundational knowledge and skills needed to engage all babies in conversation. TWMB discourages reliance on handouts and informational sheets as the primary strategy for engaging and supporting staff and families. This handout was developed and used by TWMB@Grady as a general introduction and quick reference guide to promote the initiative during a variety of events and emphasize the key messages shared during the TWMB orientation for all new hospital hires.
