Posting monthly teachlets in staff areas help establish a physical presence of TWMB on the units and provides staff with the opportunity to strengthen their foundational knowledge in topics related to supporting early brain development with language nutrition. TWMB@Grady developed a set of monthly teachlets to broaden and deepen staff understanding of TWMB practices and principles, provide tips for coaching families on the topic, and show how staff support the initiative. This teachlet helps staff distinguish the difference between baby talk and parentese.
